| Can I pay you by check or money order? | Yes, but with the high cost of processing there is a $ 4.00 per month charge for the service |
| Can I pay you by ATM or debit card? | Yes. If the ATM or debit card is connected with VISA or Master Card we can use it the same way a credit card is proccessed with us. NOTE: Some banks will charge you a per/transaction fee and/or will charge you a NSF fee if funds are not in the account. We process credit cards on a daily basis. |
| How do I change my billing information? | Just give one of our friendly agents a call and they can help you with any changes you wish to make. |
| When is my payment due? | All payment are in advance. |
| When do you post the charge on my credit card? | We use a calendar billing method. For example, we require payment of the 1st of the month. This payment will be for that month. March 1st posting is for the month of March. |
| What credit cards do you accept? | We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card. |
| How do I cancel my service? | You can email you cancellation, but always double check with us to make sure we got it. |
| What is my billing cycle? | All billings starts on the first of the month and is for the entire month. |
| What do I do if I signed up, but never used the account? | Just give one of our friendly agents a call and they can help you. |
| How does the 5 day guarantee work? | If you are not satisfied with our service in the first 5 days we will cancel you account and make any refunds necessary. |
| Why was my credit card declined? | Credit cards are declined for may reasons (beside lack of credit available). If you address that your credit card billing company has on file does not match the address we have it will be declined. Other reasons are expired credit card, replaced credit card . |
