Is this service unlimited? Yes. Many service have limits on the number of hours per day you, but we don't.  We do suggest that your usage be limited to times your are using the service.  Our separation between unlimited access and dedicated access of 300 hours per month.
Can I use my instant messaging service? Yes. Our service open to allow many forms of Internet Communication.  AOL, MSN and many other instant messaging programs have a download that will allow you to use there services with our service.
Do I need a special disk or program to use your service? NO!  And we do not encourage the use of such disks and software.  Because of the inheritances of unknowns that come with such disks and programs, we do not use such products.  All newer operation systems within the last 4-7 years have everything you will need to have one of our agents walk you through the process of getting online.
If I'm away from home can I use the service while traveling? Yes. We have access numbers available to you that cover over 5,000 cities and communities across the US and Canada.
Is there a roaming fee while I am traveling? No.  The entire network is open to you and unlimited.
Is there a support fee when I need help? No.  Unlike many ISP that now have a support fee, we do not.
Does your company offer Dial-Up Broadband? Yes. Dial-Up Broadband is a new technology that can increase your browsing speeds from 2-3 times.  Currently it is only available in selected California areas.  Call one of our friendly staff to see if it is available in your area.
How do I sign up for service? We are a hands on service.  All you need to do is call one of our friendly staff and they will walk you the the entire process with you to get your computer online.
Does this service have Newsgroups? Yes. We have over 34,000 Newsgroups.
Do you offer DSL? No.  We provide great dial-up access and do not offer DSL.  However we do have available the Slip Stream product that will make your dial-up access more efficient and allow you do download most items quicker.
When can I talk to someone about a support issue? Our support is available 24hr a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
How can I cancel my current ISP? We do understand the fears of moving from one ISP to another and cancellation of service can be one of your biggest problems.  It seams like it is always easy to sign up, but very difficult to disconnect service.  Here are some phone number we have compiled to help with this process.

Do you support Linux or Mac computers? Yes. You can connect with a WebTV, PDA, Playstation 2, a Linux-based computer or Mac.
