We believe that changing hosting from one company to another can be a risky business decision.  Just for that reason we offer a 30 day guarantee.  If for any reason you are unhappy with our services give one of our friendly agents a call within the 30 days and we will refund all hosting services fees related to the new service.

The total amount refund to customer shall not exceed the total hosting fee paid by the customer for the new service.

This guarantee only applies to new accounts and the guarantee can only be used once per domain and/or once per customer.
