We believe that changing dial-up from one company to another can be a risky business decision.  Just for that reason we offer a 5 day guarantee.  If for any reason you are unhappy with our services give one of our friendly agents a call within the 5 days and we will refund all hosting services fees related to the new service.

The total amount refund to customer shall not exceed the total dial-up fee paid by the customer for the new service.

This guarantee only applies to new accounts and the guarantee can only be used once per person/family/house hold/phone number/address and/or once per customer.
